The simplest way is to disconnect the cable at both ends (Note- do NOT try removing the rt-angle adapter from the ZF! Just unscrew the cable from it), & add a plastic baggy to the end under the dash . Make a paper funnel and securely tape it to the transaxle end, raising the funnel up so its higher than the one under the dash. Then fill the funnel with motor oil & let it go until oil drips into the baggy. Remove the paper funnel & lower the trans end of the cable to the floor & let it drain until no more oil drips out, then reattach. Probably take a few hours depending on temperature in your garage, but it costs nothing. If the squeek persists, you'll have to remove the speedo & have it checked. This should deliver a tiny bit of oil to the speedo & lube it too, but you never know doing this stuff long-distance.
