This looks exactly like one that came up last year with very dubious connections. Probably the same car they claimed to be raffling off then as well (can't remember what the picture looked like). I would get all the information you can if you throw your money at them, 'cause you'll probably only be lining some shyster's pockets. My .02
When the time comes, auctions like ebay and raffles like this one are not the first place I would go to purchase a Pantera. I need the car to be a little more readily available. Unless someone reputable is looking at it on my behalf. This is just something I came across and thought I would share in the event it did peak someones interest.

I think this organization is similar to the ones that "departed" to hitch a ride with aliens on comet Hyukatake a while back. I think I'll advise them that comet Kookamunga is rapidly approaching and that I'll watch their Pantera while they do some galaxy site seeing.
