Supposed to be Harley Davidson. I think it is quite similar to a number of other colors though.

Still need to do a proper alignment on the car. Never had time last season to take it to a shop.
Those are my wifes clubs. Mine are behind the car. I have a Tabasco sauce driver cover which is :hot: .
My interest in cars, radio controlled aircraft, and other projects warranted a good place to work on them. This is the very reason I found land years ago a few miles from town. Before building the house I built a 40x88 barn (before finishing drive and before grass):

http://www.rc-tech.net/per2/shop/ac.jpg
Within the barn I put up walls, put in a bathroom, insulated, drop ceiling, and central heat and air. Too many things to mention form here. Pole barns are not that much. Doing the rest of the work myself made the shop quite a place to work on cars. Makes it easy to tear down a project, walk away, and come back to it a week or two latter.
The shop is divided into a back storage area for tractor, lawn and garden type storage:
http://www.rc-tech.net/per2/shelf.jpg
The center is basically the R/C airplane room which has since become more of a transition area:

My wife has a room just for her ceramics. This room was going to be my tool room with lathes, mills, saws, etc. It was a good trade off. I am glad to have her out there with me!
One room for basic car work:

http://www.rc-tech.net/cars/panttransam/1905/blast/blast8.jpg
http://www.rc-tech.net/cars/panttransam/1905/enout.jpg
One room basically for painting although I have been doing some work in it against my better judgment:

http://www.rc-tech.net/MGB/paint1/bod4.jpg
http://www.rc-tech.net/cars/panttransam/1905/blast/sb6.jpg
Of course the main garage for other cars:

The moral of the story, get a little bit away from the city. Buy some cheap land, build a pole barn. Put in a small bedroom and bathroom like we did. I used to spend weekends here and we would work on cars and other things. When we could finally afford the house we built the house out here. I don't miss living in town a bit! Wake up ever morning, quiet, watch the dear, the turkey even a skunk once in a while.

Exactly what I plan to do in the next few years Gary. The only problem is that there is no such thing as cheap land on Vancouver Island. Even out of town. You have a great setup there.

Thanks Blaine. Home is home but I am lucky enough to live in an area rural enough to have cheap land available. I have some friends who wish to move to Arizona. They are learning that even places like that are finding the college educated Californians are running from that country at an epidemic rate and the property values are rising at un believable rates.
Gary you are a lucky man!
Maybee Deeb but all that work makes my back ache!

Not sure if this will work - but here is my shop - the pantera lives in the house garage - the wife agrees that I get all garage space - she gets the house space... good deal...

Here is my garage!
I have put a COUNTACH and PANTERA
in the same garage together hoping to bred a V12
and a V8, my best outcome is to get a V10!
Well that's my theory

It's not always a blessing to have more room. You just end up filling it with more stuff.
I would too!!

Here's the same space less than a year ago...
The '55 Nomad you can see in the picture of the old garage is in the new garage but it's not in the pictures.
Danny O, Unusual louvers on the Pantera. First time I've seen this variation.

I was partial to the Datsun. My dad had one with a small block chevy when I was a kid. Always wanted one.

Blain,
The 240Z is my son's car. He moved to Denver so it's stored in my garage. They are a neat car. Amazing how much room there is inside.

Really? These came with the car... What belongs there? I've considered removing them, but not sure what to put in their place.

From the factory, there was nothing there.
