price on a 1983 Pantera?

I need some help for considering a purchase. Located in Canada, this Pantera is a 1983 in need of loving care. Has some rust near the corner of the windshield and what I think is a little rust on a fenderwell. The interior look solid enough and in need of a good cleaning. The rubber and rims look stock. I have not yet heard the engine run. The car has 30,000 miles on it. Red body with butter yellow interior.
