Hello all, new member here. I don't own a Pantera, but I am in the market. I have owned various types of cars including an 83 Turbo Esprit, and a supercharged 347 95 Mustang. I did most of the work on these cars, especially the Mustang, so I feel confident in owning a Pantera. My questions are related to the different years/models. What is the major diffences in them? I understand the GT5 has the extra body treatment, but what else is different? Also, what are the pros/cons in owning a 71,72,73,etc model? I have read a good bit about what to look for when purchaseing one, such as rust etc. Actually, my only concern is the shape of the body and trans, as I feel confident in replacing the whole engine if needed. I have also done a good bit of interior work as well, so that isnt too important either. If anyone runs across one fitting this criteria, please let me know. I am from South Carolina, but I am Europe for a while, however I can have a friend close the deal for me if one comes up.
