Seats.....again.....

I need help and opinions on seats....I just installed some cobra seats, and although they look great and are comfortable, the sit too high on the stock floor pan. So, I am looking at the Recaro expert M seats, and would like to know if anyone has had experience with them as far as fit and seat height. Now the opinion part...I of course was looking at the black leather,but the also have a houndstooth option,looks at the pics, let me know what you guys think.SHOULD the be installed in a pantera? The car is blue, so not too crazy

There was one '71-75 Pantera show-car factory built with blue leather upholstery. Last time I saw it, it was in N.California, late in the 20th century. No photos or details- the owner was trying to change them for regular black!

I believe modern Recaro's are simply too bulky to work well in a Pantera. If you look on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc., you'll find businesses selling refurbished older model Recaros, that are significantly thinner and narrower than the modern versions. These seats have new padding, upholstery and knobs, so they look brand new. They also don't look out-of-place in a Pantera.
