My Pantera has become more difficult to shift into reverse and first when hot. 2nd and 3rd are also difficult to a lesser extent. It is smooth as butter when cold and also fine when driving regardless of temp. Only happens when hot and driving at low speeds such as parking. Sometimes I just swithch off the motor when I need reverse, engage and start up, and this occasionally results in difficulty getting the lever back out of reverse. Oil is new and changed twice yearly, Castrol Hypoy LS90 as specified in owners manual, cluthch release clearance is fine, noticed however shift lever doesnt always self centre from the reverse/1st side of the gate, any help much appreciated.
