I spent time when mounting to get the lip as high as possible and checked other makes of autos to see about ground clearance etc. This spoiler sits a bit back from the front of the car and relatively close to the tire so there is no  major low overhang. It could hit "something" but my car has US ride height and stock wheels with 60 series tires so higher then many Panteras.  Just have to see.  I did do some work to the piece to get it to fit the body exactly in the green body painted areas.  I suppose  each car is different  concerning body tolerances/build  and I could have mounted it as is..close enough.. but since I painted it I did some more work on it.
