Is there an easy way to remove the stainless steel trim around the windows on the doors without bending it.

It comes off quite easily, you just need to pry it a little bit at a time working your way along being careful not to bend it. It then pops back on even easier.
Are your going to paint it?

I'm stripping the car and found some rust where the rubber seals end at the front and back of the door and I want to sand blast those areas with out damaging the trim.
