You'll see 'em on ebay on occasion. Be patient. I almost bought a set for the heck of it recently. If I'd known you were looking, I would've.

Yes they're ROTTEN as exhaust extractors but FANTASTIC for originality buffs, who quite regularly fan their desire while waving checkbooks for bidding paddles. If this is the direction you're heading, you're wise to be looking since many - WAY more headers than cars left - are in said scrap heap. Do the math.

I'll send you a link if I see some.
I have a set of OE headers that I would like to sell. Not sure of the year but I will find out and let you know. I am not a Pantera enthusiast and don't even know what they are worth - I just need to clean up my garage. Let me know if you would like photos and I'll take a few.

the OEM exhaust pieces were bizarre cast iron/sheetmetal units best used as scrap steel.

My 71 has the original headers and, while they may qualify as crap compared to the newer designs out there, they are not cast iron like the later cars. They sound great to me although more diameter would be a good thing. Please excuse the mess, this pic was taken just after I bought the car. Also, the previous owner had the headers coated.
