Be careful, Rene. If you adjust the headlight gear mesh too loose, the headlights jiggle when up and you hit a bump. I've found a lot of too-loose ones but yours is the first I've come across where the gears were set too tight!
I suppose it is time to take a night drive and check out any jiggle. I'll make it a short drive .. headlight failure at night is a real bummer. Fortunately the roughness of my road is a good test bed for jiggle tests.
