Go get an auto parts store 180-degree thermostat. A bunch are listed here on my website:
http://www.banzairunnerpantera...dates_thermostat.htm

Also, call FlowCooler and ask them to send you a Return Shipping Label or Acct. Number and an RMA number so you can send the 192-degree thermostat back since it's not what you ordered. If they refuse, call your credit card company and dispute the charge. They'll credit you back your costs and have you fill out a claim/dispute form, and they'll go resolve it with the merchant.
...Use the 192!! The Cleveland was originally designed to run with a 192 Degree Thermostat!
And the higher temp is better to burn todays Unleaded gasoline!IMO...But NOT for 'Higher Compression' Engines.

A 'regular'(Kragen/Pep-Boys)'Winsor' Supplied thermostat, will Not work!
Also; even with the correct 351 Cleveland Themostat, You'll need the 'Bypass Restrictor Plate' in Place, for this stat to work!

How to get Your fans to come on sooner? Install a Adjustable Electronic Themostat, in-line for the Power feed(Ground Side) to the Fan RELAYS.(There is a Vendor on this site, that sells a 'Electronic Fan Controller') OR Do as I did...All 3 Radiator fans are controlled Manually! And there is a 4th Fan on the Engine Oil Cooler!...
