Is it shared with anything else? Ours wouldn't come out from the tubing, so need to either source one or have one made before the car goes for interior refit.

It's not shared. You just replace the whole cable, not just the interior cable. Mike Mayberry usually has them.
Chris, yeah, on Mangusta I think almost no way to do it except remove it with the tube. The bend on the tube as it exits the rear bulkhead just won't allow the new cable to be pulled thru, I sectioned the metal sheath into 2 sections and I may have bent the rear tube after the cable was inserted.
You may be well to measure the removed cable for length, I ordered this from Pegasus Racing. https://www.pegasusautoracing....ion.asp?Product=1270 but I remember fudging on the actual total length or the jacket length, I cannot remember (only remember that I had Not ordered it exact as removed).
Below are pictures of the inner cable and ends; 190cm measured from center to center of the eyelet. Details on the order to Pegasus (and the pricing from 10 years ago) are below, and the difference in 73" vs 191CM total length something to be careful about... a little longer jacket length is probably OK.
One of the good things about the factory tight-as-glue fit between the jacket and the steel tube is that the whole line will NOT move--and in my car, I've had to basically glue around the jacket (otherwise I noted, pushing the accelerator to the floor will pull on the jacket, and this tightened the space to the accessory drive belt on the engine in a nervous way...)
But I think one of the first reviews I read of the Mangusta (back in the 1980s) was that the throttle cable felt like it was lubricated with gravel...a new cable on a 50 year old car is a nice gift--Lee
