Timing chain bolt torque

Hi,

I am replacing my timing chain and I don't the proper torque to tighten the bolt.
Can someone let me know what torque should I use?
I have a 1971 351 Cleveland.

I think your speaking about the upper bolt in the center of the larger top timing gear with the fuel pump cam and washer behind it .. its a 5/16 bolt 25 ft lbs and a little red lock tight.
