Don't the french stop on green lights and go on red? kidding, I drive in Paris once a year at 5am and their are more cars then that, so It must of been shot in August. This is an old movie, as the french government buy back their old cars, to many peugoes 504 and Citroen SM and the 2 cheveaux, so this flix is about 20 years old. The french donut shops are far apart, so The driver was probably looking for a Tim Horton, hey! This was my own thoughts until I found out the following detail: Actually this movie was shot in August of 1976, The car was a Mercedes 450 SEL 6,9L and yes David the sound dub was done with a Ferrari

Here is the itinirary the guy took

Each time I go to Monaco, I do the Monte Carlo circuit at the wee hours of the morning, exilarating.

I went to Italy in the early 90's. I elected to not get a International drivers license, but the cab ride from the airport in Rome to our hotel near the Vatican was well whats the right way to say initiation. Tires squeeling, cabbie blasting his horn as he went through the red lights, the first time he did that there were two of the locals finest standing on the curb as he did it! Seems like they didnt even bat a eye.
