When I use the turn signal, horn or emergency flashers I get an odd clicking/buzzing in the foot well of the passenger side of the car. The turn signals do not flash at all...just the clicking/buzzing sound. I think there is a ground or relay problem. The high beam switch on the turn signal works fine. Where do I start the trouble shooting?
