Does any one have a set of the elephant ear air scoops that fin in the side windows over the engine that they want to sell?

I have a set that I am not using. Now that I've discovered that they aren't available from the vendors now, I think that I'd better keep them.
They were all over the place at one time.
Best of luck on your hunt.
Two facts about elephant-ear upper side scoops. First, they are the only ones that can actually deliver air into the upper engine bay (at high speeds). The airflow boundary layer on a Pantera body is at least 2" thick in that area and the smaller ones simply do not reach out far enough to access flowing air.
Second, all those upper side scoops install by simply pushing in, not bolting on. So if you manage to reverse the natural air flow in that area (Tom Tjaarda was disappointed to find that prototype functional gills flowed air out of the engine bay, not in, so the gills became decorative) and actually grab some air, elephant ears have been known to rip right out of the window frames and be lost.
Mad Dog Antenucci famously lost a left one at a Silver State event, once he got up over 150mph and the scoops began doing their job. Took him years to find a replacement. I believe they are lefts and rights- not symmetrical. Sounds like a candidate for someone with a home 3-d printer.
Yes. You shouldn't hang the scoops by the gaskets alone. What I found is that you can pull back the outer layer of the gasket and drill through the sheet metal through the flange of the scoop and the gasket and use small #4 stainless sheet metal screws to firmly mount them, then just let the outer gasket sit back down and conceal the screws.
