That is a not a part I see for sale often, contact Mike Mayberry or the regular Pantera parts vendors. You could also look on eBay in Europe as the steering column is a German Ford Capri Mk1 unit, but parts for those are getting rarer than Pantera parts!
I have an extra set of covers (rh and lh). Let me if you still need them, there in good shape.

Yes still have them, I have correct myself on the condition, key side cover mounting tab is broken, and they do have several scratches, let me if your still interested.
If I can’t find another in better condition, I’ll buy yours, how much $?
$ 80.00, I'll look into repairing the broken mounting tab.
Is it’ fixable? To clamp together without falling apart?
The key side cover mounting tab broken I'll have make a new tab ( ABS plastic) and then plastic weld it to the cover, then do some clean up on both covers, should take several days I'll let know the repair status.
