I WOULD VENTURE TO SAY YES! THEY WILL FIT! I PUT ON 10 INCHES WIDE IN THE REAR WITH A 5 1/2 INCH BACKSPACE AND HAD 1 TO 1 1/4 INCHES OF CLEARANCE TO THE CLOSEST LOWER "A" ARM CONTACT. AND THAT WAS WITH A 15 INCH DIAMETER RIM. YOUR 17" WOULD GIVE YOU EVEN MORE CLEARANCE, AND CLEAR MUCH LARGER DIAMETER BRAKES ALSO! HERE I'AM TALKING IN THE REAR!! FOR THE FRONT, I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT GO 17" AS YOU WOULD RUN INTO INNER FENDER WELL RUBBING.(PROBABLY EVEN WITH LOW SECTION PROFILE TIRES), I WOULD USE 16" RIMS IN THE FRONT (WITH THE STOCK 5 1/2" BACKSPACE) 8" WIDE IS GOOD IN FRONT(THATS WHAT I AM RUNNUNG AND HAVE NEVER HAD A "RUBBING" CONDITION! AND THAT IS WITH THE FRONT HAVING BEEN LOWERED WITH THE SPRING SPACERS TAKEN OUT! 10" IN FRONT AND YOU CAN COUNT ON RUBBING SOMETHING. EVEN WITH MORE BACKSPACE, WHICH GETS YOU INTO EVEN MORE PROBLEMS OF WANDER, AND MORE LEVERAGE OVER THE SHOCKS, MORE BUMPSTEER ETC. NOT THE BEST IDEA IN MY OPINION. REGARDS, MARLIN. ONE MORE THING! BE SURE TO GET THE EXACT CORRECT LUG NUTS FOR YOUR RIMS. AND REMEMBER THE PANTERA IS A METRIC 12MM X 1.5 PITCH !!
