Rocky, the Craigslist link is working as of today.
The same ZF was advertised here, by the same person, last April.
It might be worth checking out if you lived close by although from the outside, it looks kind of rough. I might consider driving up there and checking it out myself. If the map location that the add is showing is correct, then it is in a somewhat rural area west of Tucson.
I messaged the guy via Craigs List, but no answer yet. I am willing to look at it, but buying it for that price is another matter.
I bought this box a few months ago. Not sure why it's still advertised?

I have. It had zero rust but needed syncros in 2-5.

not too bad.. 4 synch per 350 USD plus 1000 repair..
synchs are always gone after no maintanance. Make sure you get the correct once 25/1 vs 25/2!!! small difference but big issue if wrong.
How about the disks for the limted slip lock..normally all gone as well..not so expensive.

Clutch discs measured within tolerance and looked like new . I have built +/- 200 ZF transaxles so I think I'll be ok. ;-)
