I'm in Ottawa, Ontario. I know of at least three other Panteras here. Mine is a white 71, there is an orange 74, a 72 being restored (silver or red, not sure), and a yellow 72 or 73 (was for sale last summer). I'm told there is another red one and/or a black one, but haven't spoken to owners of those.

Please identify your city as well as province, as Ontario is 8 hours wide... (6 by cat). It would also be nice to know year and colour of car and at least your first names so we can get to know each other.
Snow's gone. Let's meet! I'm also in Montreal.

Hi David,

How 'come your snow is gone and mine is still here? I have't been wishing it away, as I'm still working on my car. I wonder if we could all arrange a meet. Perhaps in Kingston or Brockville (sort of equally inconvenient for all?). There might be a show we could all descend on as an excuse. Any thoughts? By the way, Bratman doesn't have his car any more - I do. Smiler
1.5 hours? What, are you going to PUSH your car here? You should be able to get here (or me there) in an hour no problem.

Actually, I was trying to get some of the Torontonians interested and thought Kingston would be a middle ground, plus it's a nice place to visit. Don't see any takers... Hmmm.... Anyone???
Hey Mark,

The money is better here, the taxes are much cheaper here, the snow is only on the mountains in the distance here, Pantera driving days 300+ days of da year here, I think I'll stay here! Wink

...and my other hobby is marine corals, 500gal tank. LA is the best place to be for best (first) pick and price of marine coral & fish.
Welcome Alexander. Mine is also a 71 (#1826) and I have been doing an engine bay beautification project. If you're doing the whole car, you'll be in for some long nights and weekends, but it will be worth it, especially if the are no big rust issues to deal with. Please post some pics and details about your car in the Candian section of the forum so all the rest of us Canuks can cheer you on. There are a bunch of us up north and we're only an e-mail away if you need opinions or advice.
Andrew and Wayne,

If either of you are headed up near Ottawa, please let me know so we can plan something. David from Montreal is always in need of an excuse to get pulled over by the QPP. Smiler

But seriously, please contact me as far in advance as possible if you'd like me to arrange something. There are six cats in Ottawa (I've found so far) and three are known to see the road. The others are either being (or need to be) restored, and one is for sale (but not running - a yellow 73 GTS euro).

I hope to hear from you guys.
