Its been a couple of years, but Centerforce used to specify p/n DF-021048-S for the Pantera 351C clutch and 700250-48 for the flywheel. Note that this is a 10-1/2" dia clutch so if you want to adapt it to your stock flywheel, it will need to be precision-redrilled to the smaller bolt circle, and for larger thread bolts needed for the Centerforce. A std throwout bearing is fine.
