Clutch Problem NEED HELP!

I have 2,000 since new centerforce dual friction kit installed. New everything. Removed linkage shaft return springs per service bulletin.

New master and slave cylinder. Everthing been working perfect until now. I originally could remove slave cylinder lever pin, pivot linkage arm by hand and set the free travel to the throwout bearing. Then set stop bolt.

Works great until yesterday. Noticed my clutch pedal seems higher on engagement. Opened deck and saw stop bolt was about 1/4" from touching stop. Removed slave cylinder pin. Lever seemed almost frozen. Could not move by hand. reinstalled pin. Pedal could move lever and release clutch but without pin in place you cannot pivot by hand. Looked inside bellhousing with inspection scope. As far as I could see, everything looks in place and well lubricated.

Is there any bolts on the input bearing shaft that could somehow be hitting the throwout bearing assembly? That is the only thing I can think of.

Any ideas are welcomed.
Thanks,
David Finley

It sounds just like my problem I had about a year ago, I have the same clutch. The problem was no lubrication on the snout sleeve that the trow out bearing rides on, symptoms are identical, all of a sudden the clutch pedal would not depress, the throw out bearing had galled and frozen on the sleeve.
RE: Throw-out bearing Nov.21,2015, Pantera Chris , check it out.
