Is there a way to have one touch express down windows and look stock?

Sure, Think about it....Use a relay and make it lock the contacts with a start circuit, then use a limit switch to stop the motor at the bottom. I do'nt know about stopping it halfway down though 
The problem is ... you need a 4 position window switch. The oem window switches are 3 position switches, so you would have to employ non-standard window switches.

Doug, it can be done with an oem switch, but the functionality will be a little "funky".
I call it "funky" because the only way to open the window would be in the express mode. So if you only want to crack the window open, instead of opening it all the way, you have to get creative. You would rock the switch into the down position, and the window would take off in the express mode to open all the way, then to stop the window at an intermediate position, you would rock the switch momentarily in the up position. Another method to partially open the window would be to allow the window to go full open, and then close it manually until it is only cracked open as far as you want it.
To do this you will need two "double pole single throw" relays and one micro switch per window. I think. He, he, he ....

I have an Aerostar motor in my left door and a original brand new setup in my right door. There is no real difference in "speed".
The SHO motors are faster.
I just completed an express down setup for my driver side window. Like George said, I have it setup to open all the way when the you hit the down button. To have it opened a small amount you need to close it to the desired position. I am using the stock window switches. I only had to add a micro switch to tell when the window was fully open and a single wire from the micro switch to the relays that I installed behind the windows switches in the console.
