thanks to you all for your previous responses, found loose wire and the dash lights now work.
Two new questions;
1. was driving hope the other night and the lights just stopped working. Pulled over to the side of the road and turned off light switch and turned back on - the lights went back on. is this a switch issue or ??
2. driving with lights and A/C on the volt meter goes completely negative and the red voltage light goes on in the dash. is this an alternator issue or?
