Hi, does anybody have any recommendations for parking truck and trailer in Monterey during Car week?

It gets pretty busy everywhere in Monterey itself, the year I took a truck and trailer I parked it out in Salinas. The south Motel 6 / Inns of California have a large truck parking lots out back right off Hwy 101.
My advice, don’t park your truck and trailer in Monterey, drive your coyote Pantera, and you’ll be surrounded with plenty of help if anything goes south

If you are asking about downtown Monterey, the one place a lot of truck trailer rigs seem to park is over at the old train station by fisherman's wharf as there is an auction there (or used to be). It's adjacent to DelMonte Ave. Not sure if you have to pay or what, but there used to be lots of rigs there. Otherwise, DT Monterey is basically a Sxxx show for parking the entire week.
What is the total length of your truck and trailer. I may have a place for you, but I need a description of what might be arriving. Are you parking the truck and the trailer or just the trailer. I take it your lodging does not have any space available?
