New Tubular Control Arms

How about rear uppers that are similar to the old Mind Train uppers but with rod ends at all three corners? Will the rear lowers and front uppers and lowers have rod ends front and back? Will they come with any paint or powder coating at that price?

$100 would be a bare piece. The fabricator said that it would be approx 1-1/2 hours labor, at $55/hour, plus material for each unit. Which I thought was fair. It may be less if I ordered 10 of each, but I don't have that kind of money.

As far as the upper rear, I am going to have some made, but I was going to use an American type ball joint, and fixed rear ends. I don't think you need the adjustment on that arm, since you can adjust the lower to get your camber. I have seen them before and that was how they were made. What do you do about the bolt thru the tapered hole, with the heim joint?

The cool thing about the mind train upper rear A-arms is that you set your toe with the lower and then set the camber with the upper. It makes playing with camber VERY easy. I think the tapered slot must be drilled straight for a bolt through the rod end.
