Car should be as original and complete as possible, not running ok, no rust, (or very little)

I understand Rocket. I was being facetious, as in restorations always cost more than planned.

Thus if I could offer anyone looking at a relatively rare car, 2 bits of advice they would be..."1" Find the most Rust Free, Unhit, Original sheet metal, body/frame.
"2"...COMPLETE CAR!!!...as chasing down/finding, then paying for missing parts adds exponentially to the restoration cost/s.
Thus the reason/s that original/survivor cars garner a premium...Mark
