Interesting. Roland Jaeckel bought the hulk of #9624 after MIRA crashed the car for the Italian Gov't. Roland reported the entire Si suspension was sold to England many yrs ago where an owner of an early Pantera was sure he could adapt the a-arms, brakes, wheels etc. Never heard any more about the conversion. Photos of the remains showed the entire interior was gone, too- which is why I said the car was parted out.

The Nov 2018 edition of Peter Havliks' 9000 Registry shows a gentleman in Chicago did buy your earlier '91 Si, plus a second one from Japan; he appears not to be a Club member. The one stored in Portugal is apparently not yet in N. America. I've never seen one besides Pat Mical's hand-built Si clone on an early chassis. Thanks for the info.
