First, you need to verify that the motors work by hot wiring them.
Just reverse the polarity to reverse the direction.
Second, if you have the Bosch replacement switches, the factory wiring diagram doesn't apply.
If you go to
www.panteraplace.con, you can download all the wiring diagrams you need of the console, switches, etc., and they are translated into human form.
Both of the switches have to be in sync or else you will blow fuses.
I had some problem with this myself.
I installed, Taurus motors. They work faster in the Pantera then they did in the Taurus.
Must be because I took them out of an SHO?
