just bought a 74 with all rear quarter window rubber/ trim ,but no windows installed- have the windows -any tips on a headache free installation: also does anyone know of Grabber Blue touchup paint availability
You will be happy to know it's really easy. Install the window in the rubber, then with soapy water applied on the inside edge of the rubber, work the gasket over the pinch welded window opening, once you get started you will see, no tools needed.
I have a trick of wrapping string 360* around the inside of the groove (the OD of the seal) which I then pull carefully from the inside of the window to pull the rubber lip over the flange. It makes it a bit easier on the fingers...
really appreciate the the advice from everyone- always wanted a Pantera- now that I have one and a great group of helpful afficionados Im there forever!!!
