I want to take out the small rear side windows (brhind the doors), and wonder if i should take out the trim-piece first to make it easier to push out?

You cannot take the trim off first. Sometimes you are able to, but it was not designed to come out before.
It's easier with 2 guys. One guy pushing on a corner from the inside, and the other pulling on the trim. It's a bit of a pain, but it will come out.

OK, will try again. Tried to push it out, but got to a point where I felt I used TOO much force, and backed of. Well well, no win no glory I guess..
It really is not too difficult. Just may be time-locked into place.
First work the inside lip of the gasket, loosening it all around. Pull it, fold it over, to break things loose.
I think I then went for the bottom corner, pushing from inside with one hand, pulling with the other from outside.
Things should start to give away and it is just a matter of folding back the gasket, pushing, folding, etc.

Gently using a heat gun or even a hairdryer on high on the inside rubber to make it more flexible helps a lot.
