Does any ine know how and where I can purchase a rear louver with a hinged top and pinned bottom like the texas guys have on their cars?

Hall used to have them in their catalog, give Gary call.
If you look on the "Parts Wanted" bulletin board there is information pertaining to the louvers.

I don't think these accessories are made any more. In the late '70s, they were quite popular but I haven't seen them on sale for decades. Try a want ad in POCA or on the DeTomaso List. Or show up for the 10th Annual San Diego Pantera Swap Meet in July: ONLY DeTomaso parts are allowed. There may be one for sale- I've seen about everything else there!
