I don't mean horse power and engine torque,
I mean , head bolts torque sequence and
foot pounds, rod bolts, main bearing caps etc... If anyone has the engine build specs.
for the 351C it would be geatly appreciated

An absolutely vital source for the hundreds of numbers you need to rebuild a Cleveland can be found in "How to rebuild your Ford V-8" by Tom Monroe (HP Books #36, ISBN #0-89586-036-8). Try . I would not advise anyone unfamiliar with 351Cs to try rebuilding one, let alone boring & stroking the thing. There are multiple ways to screw up royally with a stock Cleveland, and Chevy specialists have done them all. Try very hard to find a Ford specialist, or buy a completed short block from one. The upper end assy is pretty straightforward from Monroe's book.
