Sounds like you should be looking for "gumball" tires, since they don't have to meet DOT. You can peel the rubber off of these with your fingernail. Try ROGER KRAUSE RACING in HAYWARD, Calif. But remember, "There are NO ROCKS or DEBIES on the race track" Meaning these RACING tyres have NO sidewall puncture protection! And as you probably already know; the softer the compound, the faster those tires will be eaten up! On some road races the tires don't even last ONE race! Regards, Marlin.
