In Pantera terma I am a newbie, only owning my car since 2013, Paid far too much etc etc.
I am fortunate enough to have found Mr Drew who has led me through many problems and has assisted in so many ways and I am very grateful to him.
The problem as I see it is that Pantera owners assume thaT PEOPLE LIKE ME KNOW THE ROPES, WE DONT, I have had awful problems with my clutch this year, have finally got it to work ( I think)
But now I read that the release bearing has some kind of washer that can be removed to get the clutch action correct!
Do I have to take out the bloody gearbox again????
I am certain that one of our members could do a full comprehensive write up about the whole business of how to replace the worn out clutch on a Pantera including the master cyl slave cylinder, pressure plate Spinner plate release bearing, there is not enough info in the Pantera place, only small bits of info all over the show.
If this has been written up years ago, my apologies, if not a hearty round of applause to the man who can put all the info together and save folk like me from themselves, who can cause a cock up of Megga proportions because we only think we know what were doing, help please!
