Value of original steering wheel?

Does anyone have a feeling for the general value of an original steering wheel from a '72 Pre-L car, excellent condition? Are they unique and difficult to come by? Thank you

They are, with the exception of the center logo, exactly the same as the earliest Ford Capri. The center section is prone to age related damage. There is a repro center section made that costs about $200. Most folks, like yourself, upgrade to a newer wheel. Value? IF you find someone interested in it, sell it. It will do you no good rotting on your shelf ;-)
