Vegas Help

Howdy ya'll,
I've been haunting this BB for a while and finally joined as I have decided this is the year I finally buy a Pantera.

Funny thing happened immediately after I decided to purchase...a friend of a friend (and a member of this BB) offered to sell me one right here in Vegas. It was his father's and I think it has been stored for the past few years.

The description he gave sounds great: 73 L with a running motor, working trans, no rust and Group 4 molded fenders. Needs some body work, paint interior and electrical work. Haven't actually seen it yet.

Is there a member in Vegas that can take a look at it with me? I know what basket cases these cars can be and want to make a smart purchase. If there are no active members in Vegas, maybe I can take pictures and upload them?

I am excited to finally be getting one of these beasts...I've wanted one since the early 80s. It will be interesting to see if other GenXers become interested in this car as they get older. I am leaving my "import tuner" interests behind and jumping in to my new car (when I find it) with both feet.
