Have you tried filling it with bleach and letting it soak for a few hours?

Bleached it overnight and it didn't make any difference. So many Pantera owners have replaced their master cylinders with an after-market item, I thought there would be a bunch of these things laying around. I've got the engine bay "spruced up" now I'm working on the front compartment.

I’ll share one of my "spruce up" tips with you. I never liked the way the Optima battery looked in a Pantera. It’s just too small and too modern looking. So I got an Odyssey brand battery and slapped an Autolite sticker on the top. The label fits nice and matches the orange color of the battery too. I get the same technology as the Optima, but with an OEM look and it fills the battery tray too. It won’t fool a real car enthusiast, but an average Joe at a car show will think it’s an “original”.
