Window glass help

I'm having trouble figuring out how to get the window glass out. I have the glass unbolted from the mount. Middle slide channel is loose and pulled back out of the way. Rear felt runner is disconnected in the door. Glass slides freely up and down by hand.
Do I need to remove the trim at the back and top of the window frame? I'd rather not do this if I don't have to.
Am I missing something?

Doug,

As you raise the glass (ah, the car window glass), lean the top towards the inside of the of the car. Somewhere about half way up, it will start to curve toward the inside of the car and come right out. Make sure that the inside cat whiskers are removed first, or it won't come out.

Thanks John,

The secret I was missing was taking the inside whiskers off. Came right out. Now, fitting the new one so it slides smoothly is a major PITA.
New window is in and works great.
