Precision Pro-Performance: I dealt with Bob Byars when he was at Halls and he always treated me well. I did not know that he went out on his own until I met him in person at the Hotel we both stayed in when we attended the Concorso Italiano/Pebble Beach this last year. I recently required some information and parts and decided to call him. So far he has shipped two large orders from Calif to Fl. I received each one in exactly a week from the date ordered. I have spoke with both Bob and his brother Don. Each has gone out of their way to be helpful. I enjoyed talking with them, because both have hands on experience and do not treat you in a condescending manner. I believe I was treated fairly and advice given was accurate. Cannot ask for anything more.

I have been buying Pantera parts for almost 20 years. I have never met nicer folks than Gary Hall and Dave Adler. I haven't bought from anyone other than Hall and PI because their stuff is always good and ships fast. I have never had any problem returning anything at all. Not only that, but they spend all the time you need on the phone whenever you call. From others I have spoken with I know that there are many other Pantera suppliers with the same good rep. How else could they stay in business so long? Not to say that they're aren't some exceptions, but in my experience, finding good parts and service is probably the easiest thing about owning a Pantera.
