I know you have two suction, and one supply (at least I do on a Stewart Stage 1 pump).
So the two on the pump are both suction.
Someone will correct me if I’ve got this wrong….
With this system, I used an 8 psi cap on the header tank, without issue. Since it operates under negative pressure, all the cap needs to do is seal the tank. With the self bleeding mods, the cap is eliminated on the swirl tank.
Today.. new water pump, new alternator, partial new wiring in this area… (found the 10 Ohm resistor for the 230 temp gauge was already installed)
LOOKS PRETTY CLEAN
Your a/c belt seems to sit in the sheave properly but the alternator belt looks a little wide. When the belts don't sit down in the sheave right they develop shoulders that mess with future adjustments.
GOOD EYE

You are correct… I missed that! Thank you very much for pointing it out… I will get the right belt.. this belt was on it and had no cracks.. I checked that … 🤪
