I still have my first year Gen 1 after 14 years, can’t bring myself to downgrade to a V6, now the Raptor R’s are staring to come down in premium maybe I’ll replace it, but honestly it’s been and still is a great truck.

I just traded my '18 Raptor with 90K miles in on a '24.  I must say they've figured out the V6 Turbo and transmission combo on the '24.  It shifts much better and still pushing 510 lb-ft torque at 3K RPM.  My buddy has the "R" and it's impressive but hard to justify an extra $40K for another 270HP and 50lb-ft of torque.

I'm sure for a few grand you can change to an aftermarket intercooler and get another 100HP or so.

Arizona is still getting hammered with over sticker MSRP, I was able to get the dealer down to $3K over window sticker.  "R" still in the $140-$150K range in Phoenix.
