The two inner (smaller diameter) pipes are from blow-off valves, am I getting that right?
Engine and exhaust setup looks great!

Rocky, that’s exactly what those are. AKA turbo bypass valves, that open when the throttles are closed, to bleed off excess pressure.
@davidnunn posted:Why did you replace the Graziano with the Ricardo? The Ricardo’s seem to have maintenance and part’s availability issues. For that matter, why not just keep the ZF?
Just curious! Also, I like your rear lower control arms and the way they attach to the uprights. Solves all the lower shaft issues.
David, the short answer is ”Ideas change over time”
Seeing that this would be far from an original build, the ZF was put aside for someone else, or a later original build.
The Graziano came from a wrecked R8, and the condition was a bit unknown. It now sits already in a GT40 kit car next to mine. And the Ricardo happened to be sold brand new at a great price. It also fits directly to the Ford Mod engine, and we havent had a hard time finding parts.

Are you sure you are not confusing the Waste Gate which opens under load when the turbo pressure reaches the maximum value determined to let some of the exhaust gases escape directly and the Dump Valve which opens when the accelerator is released to recycle the compressed air between the compressor outlet and inlet or directly outside?
Rene, a wastegate is used on the exhaust side of the turbocharger, to control the speed of the turbo and boost pressure. A blow-off valve is used on the intake side of the turbocharger, to bleed off excess pressure caused by the throttle being closed. A blow-off valve is crucial for proper throttle response.
That's exactly what I said, but the confusion must have come from what Rocky called "blow off valves", those that are connected to the small pipes on the exhaust side, when he should have called them "Waste gates", and that's why you said they open when you release the accelerator.
Regardless, it is indeed a very nice set.
