FWIW, on some engines- including high-buck race engines- Boss 302s, 351-Cs, 429/460s and big-block Chevys, the paired guide plates are cut in two, installed and then tack-welded in place. This corrects any geometry changes done on the heads and works as the stress level on these parts is very low.
Also, big-block Chev roller rockers with a 1.70:1 ratio will fit a 351-C, giving slightly less lift but are much cheaper than Cleveland/429/460 rockers, so these may not even be Ford-specific rockers. Even zooming in on the photo, I couldn't read the numbers....Sorry.
It is interesting to see the welds...seems like it would render them useless if they weren't connected.

Bosswrench, interesting comment on the chevy big block roller rockers...I've noticed in the Summit catalogue that the chevy parts are quite a bit less expensive than the 351C & 429/460 parts...I figured it was due to volume of chevy parts sold.
This is what I have! Comp Cams 1.7 Magnum Pro Roller Rockers, http://store.summitracing.com/...1330-16&autoview=sku
When you cut the plate's you are suppose to set up the whole arrangement, square it & get every thing right then using a piece of flat copper behind, tack weld the plates back together.
Remove them all and with the copper backing weld them back together. TIG is usually the best, but you can grind to clean up before reinstalling, should look fairly nice.
Interesting to look at the BB Chevy rockers with 1.70 ratio...not much difference on price vs the Ford 351C/429/460 price, but when you look at other parts prices for valves, etc, theres a bigger difference, I'm sure just a much bigger demand.

I notices that Sick Cat is using a chromemoly steel rocker...any difference in durability on aluminum, steel, cast, etc.? I know the goal is to lighten up the loads.

Also who's had experience with the Crane conversion kit for pedestal mount rockers to studs? Any disadvantage? I plan on running a 580 lift cam...it says the kit works on mild performance...would this lift be cosidered beyond mild?
