For those of you who are unaware of this event, it is by far the largest classic car event in existance. It takes place on about a 16 mile stretch of historic Woodward Ave. just outside of Detroit. Well over one Million people and tens of thousands of classic cars will attend. Typically 20- 25 Panteras/Mangustas attend. I have attended 3 times. If you have not been there and are a car freak, you have to go !!! You will see everything that has wheels. All the manufacturers have great displays. Everyone cruises up and down the street. It is Huge.

I hate to say but Im going to take 1717 to the Back to the Bricks, just north of the Dream Cruise in Flint, Michigan...Dennis Gage and the My Classic Car group will be in Flint on Friday and Saturday looking at the 2000+ vehicles on hand. Alot of the Dream Cruise people hit Flint on there way home.

Looks like the weather is going to be great this year for the cruise. After three years of rain and one blackout, I am looking forward to it. Hopefully all the local Panteras will come out of hiding this year, I'd love to see a big crowd.

We will all be parked at the Baker furniture store on the eat side of Woodward about 1/4 mile south of 15 mile road. Come join us if you can!
