When one adds up to cost to rebuild a 351C it might be equal to a crate 351W. The pureists stick with the 351C, but since it has been out of production for 30 years, there are some challanges.

The swap to a 351W is rather easy but there are parts that must change. Headers, distributor, starter, water pump and water thermostat housing are different. One needs new brackets for the alt and AC compressor. All of these parts can be purchased from a pantera parts show who have the custom parts already fabbed. The engine is less wide then the cleveland's canted heads so it does afford some extra room for things like changing spark plugs.

The motor mounts, clutch/flywheel and eletrical stays the same. There is really no hard fab required, just a creative approach in using some 351C parts and aftermarket 351W parts.

Look at some of the partera web sites. There is one who has a step by step process on the motor swap.
