Has anyone had any experience with the use of a Canton oil pan in a Pantera ? I have a 1972 Pantera with the original 351 cleveland motor, and wonder if the fit and ground clearance is ok. Thanks, Andy
Andy........ I just went out to their site, and from what the pic looks like I don't think it will have room on the sides. You may want to get the Aviad/Armando pans that are out there that are configured with the same basic width. (In-fact I plan on putting on one come March myself)
I voted (with my money) and bought an Armondo pan, as I already have an Aviad. Armondo worked for Aviad for years, and went solo. Last year (or longer ago) Some Pantera people (John Bentley) put together the deal I joined. Over the years I've bought way too much stuff, and it just sits in my garage or storage sheds. An image of mine should appear below. (Both are Armondo pans)
