I donât like the delta wing on ANY Pantera. I think a GT5S looks its absolute best without a wing.
Leave that wing off of your car and let it go through its life as Tom T. intended.

I wholeheartedly agree with Larry! NO WING!!! Narrow body or wide body, the cars just look better WITHOUT a wing!
How about a low wing . modified Fiero? I bought a Delta wing of ebay but I thik 3 is too many! lol
BTW... I am getting ready to make another set of the lower rocker covers like on 1362. They are modified 99 Accord coupe.
I went through the same process. Bought a wing. Did a temporary mount just to see what it looked like. Finally decided against it. Took away from the graceful lines of the deck lid. Happy I decided against it.
Put the wing if you like it, doesn't matter what others say, it wasn't their 'hard earned' that paid for your car! Comes time to sell, if someone doesn't like it simply remove & blend, then clear the deck. Done. Sell it for 800 bucks that'll pay for the paint work and leave some $ left over.
I agree with Sharkey, if you like the wing then go for it. It does not matter what others say. Personally, I like the wing especially on a wide body car.

I prefer no wing on that car, but your the owner. My favourite wing is the low profile Amerisport GSX that contains a 3rd brake light.

Itâs your car and money but since you asked - donât ruin a clean Pantera!!! It looks out of place (boy racer) on a stock car from a design viewpoint. Maybe if your car had the bloated wheel lips and cartoon wide wheels it might be appropriate.
The scale of the wing doesnât match the car. Itâs up to you though! Kid likes it of course!!

When in the Desert The Wing made a Excellent GoPro Camera Mount during the entire road trip. Camera 'Angles' that can not be duplicated without it. Fantastic!
My Pantera was Given to Kialle Quvale, from the DeTomaso Factory. 'They' installed the Wing.
The Wing Stays! Everyone who has admired My Pantera, Digs the Wing. Always wanting to take Photos.
My Opinion is The Delta Wing looks Marvelous, it separates your Machine from All The Rest!

Just to go on record, I am not jealous of any wing on any Pantera.
but I do suspect that there are many who are jealous of my flat deck, tastefully modified narrow body car. đđ
bottom line folks, as has been standard for decades in our DeTomaso community, it is your car and you get to do what you want to do
for those that do have wings on their car, I am somewhat reassured by knowing wings can be removed by future owners.
Finally, I challenge anybody to provide a Tom Tjaarda sketch/drawing of a Pantera sporting a wing. đ§đ§đ§
