Radiator is leaking

The new Spal fans are blowing the their 30 amp fuses when turning on.  It looks like they need 40 amp fuses?

Looks like max draw is 38.9 amps according to the fan curve. So 40 should do it.

SPAL has a wiring harness kit for sale on their Amazon site that is shown with your fans.  They have a 40 amp fuse.

I put in 40 amp fuses and that fixed the problem with blown fuses.  I took the car for a test drive and it seems to run cooler than my previous radiator.  Only one of the fans turned on.  It's the one that is operated by the thermostatic switch on the inlet side of the radiator.  There was not enough heat on the outlet side to trigger that switch.  I will test the car again with both fans connected to the inlet switch.

The slots are thermal reliefs, since the top plate expands at a different rate and amount than the core. Fluidyne has had problems in the past with tube cracks at the tank. Fluidyne has tried other types of thermal reliefs.
